AutomaDoc Sign
Upload any PDF, mark where people sign, send. Or sign it yourself. Free to start.
How it works
- 1
Upload a PDF, or a Word, Excel or PowerPoint file. A document AutomaDoc made from your data works too.
- 2
Mark where each person signs, adds initials, writes the date or fills in a field.
- 3
Send it by email. Each person signs in the browser, on a computer or a phone, in the order you choose.
- 4
Download the signed PDF with its certificate: who signed, when, and the fingerprint of each version of the document.
What you get
- Sign it myself: sign a PDF you received and download it, free and unlimited.
- Signers need no account: they open the link in their email and sign.
- A signing order, reminders, an expiry date and an optional access code for each signer.
- An audit trail of every step, and a SHA-256 fingerprint of the document on the certificate.
- A verify page: anyone can check that a PDF is the one that was signed. The file never leaves their device.
- Generate, then sign: send any document AutomaDoc makes from Excel, Google Sheets, Lark or the API.
- An API to create signature requests and download the signed files.
Pricing
- Signing a PDF yourself is free and unlimited, on every plan.
- Sending a document for signature uses one document from your monthly allowance. One request is one document, however many people sign it.
- Sending a document AutomaDoc generated for you costs nothing extra the first time.
- With a Starter or Business seat, or on the Pro plan, sending from the portal is included.
What kind of signature this is
AutomaDoc Sign makes simple electronic signatures with an audit trail, the kind used every day for contracts, forms and approvals. Some documents (such as wills, family matters or court filings) and some official systems need another form of signature: check what yours requires.
