AutomaDoc for Google Workspace
AvailableDocuments from the rows of a Google Sheet, without leaving Sheets.
Open AutomaDoc from the Extensions menu in Google Sheets, select rows and get a filled Word, Excel, PowerPoint or PDF document for each one. Sign in with Google Workspace or a personal Google account.
What it does
- Sheets add-on: choose a template for a tab, select rows and generate.
- Templates in Word, Excel or PowerPoint, with placeholders named after your columns.
- A link to each document can be written back to a column of its row.
- Pictures from public links, or from Drive files you choose for AutomaDoc.
- Sign in to the Company Portal with Google. People from one Workspace domain share one account.
What you need
- A Google account. Workspace accounts join their domain's AutomaDoc account; a personal Gmail address gets an account of its own.
- AutomaDoc asks only for the spreadsheets you choose and the files it creates in your Drive (Google's drive.file permission), never for your whole Drive.
- Pictures in your sheet must be public links, or Drive files you chose for AutomaDoc.

Sign in to the Company Portal with your Google account.

Connect Google Sheets under Integrations and make a template for a tab of your spreadsheet.

Generate with the HTTP trigger or the document API. The Sheets add-on is coming to the Google Workspace Marketplace.
