Add AutomaDoc to any Lark Base and generate documents from its records, one at a time or hundreds at once. Connect a Lark Approval form and every approved request gets its document, sent by the AutomaDoc bot.

What it does
- Base extension: generate from the records you select, one at a time or in bulk.
- Every field type: linked records, attachments, people, dates, currencies and formulas.
- Save documents to an attachment field, and write the generation status back to the record.
- Lark Approval: a document for every approved request, sent to the requester or to a group.
- Lark Base automations through the HTTP trigger, and e-signature with colleagues asked by the AutomaDoc bot.
- Lists, a page per record and label sheets: many records in one document.
What you need
- A Lark workspace. Your Lark admin installs AutomaDoc from the Lark App Directory.
- Edit access to a Base to set up its templates; people who can only view it can still generate.
- For approval documents, a Lark admin approves AutomaDoc's approval permissions, and an AutomaDoc admin connects the form in the Company Portal.

Open it from the Extensions button of your Base and upload a template.
