Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AutomaDoc ("Service"), a document automation platform developed by PT Karunia Solusi Informatika ("Provider," "we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using the Service through the Lark Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

AutomaDoc is a Lark Base extension that generates documents from your data. Key features include:

• Document generation from Lark Base records using Word templates (.docx)
• Variable placeholders with field mapping
• PDF conversion
• Dynamic image replacement from attachment fields
• Bulk generation with ZIP download
• Auto-save to Lark attachment fields (Pro)
• Webhook notifications and HTTP triggers (Pro)

3. Plans and Pricing

3.1 Free Plan

The Free plan includes limited document generation (100 documents/month or 50 PDF), 1 template, and 1-day document retention. Free plans use shared server resources.

3.2 Pro Plan

The Pro plan includes unlimited document generation, up to 10 templates, 7-day document retention, priority support, and advanced features like auto-save and webhooks. See our Pricing page for current rates.

3.3 Payment

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes
• We accept payment via bank transfer or approved payment methods
• Refunds are not provided for partial months of service

4. Account and Access

4.1 Account Creation

Accounts are created automatically when you install AutomaDoc from the Lark Marketplace. Your Lark tenant and user information is used for authentication.

4.2 Subscription Term

Pro subscriptions continue until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4.3 Account Termination

• You may terminate by uninstalling the app from your Lark workspace
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your templates and generated documents will be deleted after 30 days

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
• Generate documents containing illegal content or content violating third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or access the Service's source code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation
• Share account credentials or resell access without authorization
• Exceed usage limits through automation or abuse

6. Your Content

6.1 Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to your templates, Lark Base data, and generated documents. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

6.2 License to Provide Service

You grant us a limited license to process your templates and data solely to provide the Service. We do not use your content for any other purpose.

6.3 Responsibility

You are responsible for the content of your templates and generated documents. You must ensure you have the right to use any content included in your templates.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including Lark platform issues.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by PT Karunia Solusi Informatika. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of generated documents. You are responsible for reviewing all output before use. We are not responsible for errors in your templates or data that result in incorrect documents.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of South Jakarta, Indonesia.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
